In connection with the expansion of the business, we invite you to participate in the competition for the position of Product Owner. What will be required to be done: Deep analysis of the current state of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and development project, understanding the current use of the system, identifying problems and challenges faced by users; Identification of areas for improvement, determination of where and how the CRM implementation project can be improved, so that the system more effectively meets the needs of business and key users; Development of recommendations, creation of specific proposals for improving the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system on based on collected data and analysis; Interaction with stakeholders, close cooperation with the team of developers, business analysts, end users and senior management to ensure that all needs and expectations from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system are taken into account; Organization and control of the implementation of the project implementation and development plan, compliance with the budget, provision of resources, deadlines, success criteria, risk management, development of a strategy to minimize or neutralize risks; Preparation of regular detailed reports for the top management of the company with conclusions and practical recommendations for optimization and development of the system.
