We are looking for Product Owner Cards / Head of the development of products and services for individuals (debit and corporate cards)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ensures product strategy is aligned with the tribe's strategic development plan;
- collects, maintains, updates and prioritizes the product backlog, particularly based on: vision and expectations of customers, business lines, benchmarking, internal bandwidth;
- ensures effective communication with stakeholders, defines and analyzes their needs;
- translates customer needs into user stories or any business requirements previously agreed upon within the team;
- manages both financial and quality Product KPIs;
- determines directions and actions necessary to execute the overall product strategy;
- timely identifies and manages product dependencies from other teams inside and outside the tribe;
- identifies, controls and escalates product development risks to the tribe leader;
- ensures transparency and understanding of the product backlog by all members teams;
- determines MVPs to meet customer needs as quickly as possible and receive feedback to determine the direction of further product development;
- ensures the development of the team within the limits of their competencies;
- organizes communication with other teams within and outside the tribe for effective product development;
- maintains regular communication with the sponsor and stakeholders to support the overall vision of the product strategy;
- reports quarterly on product indicators (budget, revenues, key performance indicators, problems, customer feedback);
- ensures the productivity of the product team, availability of necessary resources.
We are looking for a specialist who has:
- Higher education;
- Experience as a manager in the relevant field for at least 3 years
- Experience in team management / project management / work in a SCRUM team for 2 years or more
- Has practical experienceAgile & Scale. Able to organize the work of an Agile team.
- Experience in the development, description and control of processes;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework of Regulators and group standards regarding Product activity (debit and corporate cards).
- Possess English at the Upper-Intermediate + level
- Experience of working in a business unit
- Experience of working in a team product/ tribe
