Product Owner (Card Products) in NovaPay

NovaPay Financial Company (group "NOVA" companies) in connection with staff expansion announces a competition for the vacancy "Product Owner (Card Products)".

Main tasks:

• Development of new card product concepts and of services, schemes and processes of operation of card products in the company, coordination of implementation.
• Formation of business requirements for the introduction of card products and optimization of card operations support processes in ABS and PC.
• Market analysis of operation card products, formulating proposals for their development based on market trends in order to improve the customer experience and optimize payment card processes.
• Market analysis in the direction of tariffs for card products, maintaining the company's tariffs in an up-to-date state.

• Development of a reporting system for transactions with payment cards for individuals and business clients in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Bank of Ukraine.
• Organization of the product support process by the company's divisions (contact center, service desk).

• Preparation of information for the training of company employees.

Education:

• Full higher economic or technical education ( specialist, master's degree).

Work experience:

• From 3 years in a bank or payment institution, development and implementation of card products international payment systems for individuals, legal entities and entrepreneurs, as well as additional products to payment cards (insurance, savings accounts, etc.).
• Experience of successful implementation of at least 3 card products.

Knowledge:

• Regulatory and legal framework of the payment services market.
• Rules and requirements of international payment systems for card transactions, understanding of modern payment methods.
• Fundamentals of project management and project management.
• Main stages of product development, rules for forming business requirements, implementation and support of products.
• Principles of project implementation with processing centers (PC).
• Main trends and directions of development of card products, services and services offered on the market.

Professional skills:

• Formation of concepts for the operation of card products (debit and credit cards, business and corporate cards, related services and services) in order to optimize and improve the passage of card transactions, improve the client experience and improve the processes of card support operations.
• Formation of business requirements for the introduction of card products and processes to support their operation in ABS.
• Development and implementation of changes to payment methods, transaction processing processes and tariffs for card products.< /li>
• Analysis and systematization of significant volumes of information for the preparation of reports and presentations.

Technical skills:

• High level of PC skills, confident userMS Office, Jira, Miro or other similar tools for managing projects, describing business processes.
