DILA Medical Laboratory invites a Product owner CRM to the team.
The main objective of the position:implementation of CRM by automating the business processes laid in the client's customer journey and partner.
Key tasks of the position:
< ul style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Preparation of requirements and organization of the process of implementation of tasks for the automation of the customer journey of employees, customers and partners.
Coordination of requirements with process owners, other product managers, key users.
Formation of the backlog of tasks.
Management of the implementation team.
Development, maintenance and, if necessary, modification or optimization of processes that affect the customer experience.
< span style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit">Our expectations from the candidate:
- Understanding business processes, the ability to describe and optimize them.
- Experience of managing a cross-functional team, complex management.
- Experience of formation and management backlog of tasks.
- Ability to set priorities, calculate efficiency, analyze results.
- Autonomy, flexibility, adaptability to changes.
- Ukrainian - fluent, English - intermediate and above (preferred).
- Understanding of CRM systems, confident command of Excel, Power point and services for visualization of processes and team interaction (figjam, canva or others).
