Product Owner (Blockchain / Crypto) in AMLBot

AMLBot - international project with Ukrainian origins. We develop compliance tools (AML, KYC, KYT) to protect users from dirty money risks while interacting with CeFi & DeFi projects.

Today our service is used by 5K+ Crypto Companies and 220K+ active users. The company is growing at a rate of nearly 2-2.5x per year and is actively expanding.

As a Product Owner at AMLBot, your role involves collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements, managing the backlog, aligning product roadmaps, ensuring documentation, facilitating communication, and resolving user satisfaction issues.

What we want in return:

• Experience in crypto/Fintech/B2B SaaS.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager 3+ years

• Ability to produce detailed and clear User Stories, PRDs, and create mockups

• Visual modeling and diagram skills

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

What you will do:

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements;

• Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes;

• Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories;

• Create and groom short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps and get internal agreement with business stakeholders and provide visibility across the teams (IT and Business);

• Ensure the product functionality is properly documented;

• Ensure a good communication and training strategy on the released features;

• Proactively resolve business users satisfaction issues.
