• Deep understanding of the needs of business users - sole traders and legal entities, the segment of small and medium-sized businesses), knowledge of the competitive market.

• Understanding banking processes for legal entities and sole traders.

• Experience in project work or experience in launching new functions in web and mobile banking systems for corporate clients.

• Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and achieve results. Ability to work with Agile and Waterfall. Initiative.

• Working with Micosoft Office, skills in working with Miro, Figma, Camund.

• Practical experience of participating in the development/support of client-bank and/or mobile banking for legal entities is desirable
