𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗦𝗜 is a medical information system that is now one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.
More than 7.8 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care institutions and more than 37,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.
What is important for us :
- Experience in a similar position from 2-x years and above li> Work experience as a business analyst, practical experience of use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Experience in working with mobile applications
- Experience in working with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
- Practical experience in designing interfaces
- Practical experience in analysis market, analysis of user needs/expectations.
- Experience working in a team (5+ people) and collaborating with different functional departments.
What will need to be done :
- Maintaining an internal knowledge base.
- Cooperation with internal/external stakeholders, identification of needs and formation of product requirements.
- Documenting use cases, feature descriptions and user stories to fill the backlog.
- Backlog management and prioritization.
- Control of all stages of design and development.
- Participation in team stand-ups.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
Will be a plus :
- Experience in the medical domain.
- Understanding the medical reform in Ukraine and the specifics of eHealth work.
