𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗦𝗜 is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 7.8 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 healthcare institutions and more than 37,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

What is important to us:

• Experience in a similar position from 2-x years and above
• Experience as a business analyst, practical experience in using use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria.
< li>Experience with mobile applications
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
• Practical experience in designing interfaces
• Practical experience in market analysis, needs analysis/ user expectations.
• Experience of working in a team (5+ people) and cooperation with different functional departments.

What will need to be done:< /p>

• Maintenance of internal knowledge base.
• Cooperation with internal/external stakeholders, identification of needs and formation of product requirements.
• Documentation of use cases, description of functions and user stories to fill the backlog.
• Backlog management and prioritization.
• Control of all stages of development design.
• Participation in team stand-ups.
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the product at each stage of the process.
