About the project (startup): FunPadelClub is created with the aim of uniting fans of Padel (a non-professional sport, a new type of tennis), facilitating interaction between players, clubs and other industry participants. Paddle is one of the fastest growing sports today. According to the International Poddle Federation (FIP), there are about 25 million people in the cohort of its supporters today. This game is extremely popular in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Argentina, and is growing in popularity in other countries. According to FIP estimates, there are paddle courts in more than 90 countries. This is not only a business project, but also a social project for the development of a new type of sport. The main task for the position will be: to successfully launch a new digital product (app + website ), related to the development of the sport of Padel. Basic requirements: great interest in implementing a similar project/product in the field of sports+IT, "fired up with an idea" (ideally, if you yourself play Padel/tennis or a similar sport); work experience Product Owner/Product Manager — 2 years + proven experience of successfully bringing a digital product to the market (app + website) English Intermediate + Experience in forming goals, hypotheses, ideas, product development strategy, Roadmap, etc. Understanding of the life cycle of software development Experience of interaction with technical team, designers, users (in this case it will be clubs, players, etc.) Knowledge of the basics of product design, including UX/UI design, design thinking and prototyping, etc. Will be a big plus: Agile/Scrum experience Passion for sports, tennis (ideally Personal qualities: Ability and desire to work for results and meet deadlines.
