We will be glad to see you in the team if you have: Higher education; Work experience as a Product Owner for more than 5 years, management experience for more than 3 years; additional certification in product management skills , in conducting research on customer needs/customer experience, forming a value proposition, testing product hypotheses, education on product metrics - desirable; Strategic planning skills: ability to define long-term goals and develop effective strategies Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with teams, manage conflicts and present ideasAnalytical mindset: the ability to analyze data, market trends and make decisions based on them.
