Now we are looking for a Product owner who shares our corporate values ​​and wants to rapidly develop in our team. The Product owner will deal with the following tasks: Determination of user needs (research, data and market analysis); Analysis of the product, market and competitors ;Expanding the existing functionality by drawing out the wishes of customers;Interacting with business and IT to define and implement the product functionality;Implementation of the product development strategy (structure, business component, building an ecosystem);Development and implementation of new UI/UX concepts;Presentation of ideas for product improvement;Identification of key Product usage metrics and indicators; Keeping documentation and reporting; Working with customer databases; Customer segmentation; Building cross and upsell principles. The filter for this position will be: Experience as a product owner for 3 years or more (2-3 successfully launched projects); Knowledge of processes and principles Agile; Work experience in testing hypotheses and determining key metrics; Experience in using analytical tools to understand the effectiveness of product use.
