We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team to develop an innovative product for the US market. You will have a unique opportunity to influence product development by driving iterative improvements and building efficient processes. If you are passionate about user-centric products and have experience in classifieds, this is the role for you!

Your tasks:

< li> Product Development : Lead iterative product improvements targeting the US market.
• Roadmap formation : Creation and implementation of a long-term product development strategy.
• A/B testing : Building a process of forming and testing hypotheses through A/B tests.
• Data analysis : Continuous product improvement based on analytical data.
• Product mindset : Development of product mindset in the team.
• Key Metrics : Identification and analysis of key product metrics, including behavioral metrics.
• Prioritization : The ability to set priorities to ensure maximum efficiency.

Examples of tasks:

• Working with Algolia : Optimization indexes and queries to improve product quality.
• Seeking Insights : Analyzing existing data to identify new opportunities and improvements.

Our expectations:

• Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in developing and improving search for classifieds.
• SQL : Knowledge of SQL (including BigQuery).
• Analytics : Knowledge of mathematical statistics and critical analytical thinking.
• Hypotheses : Experience with forming and testing hypotheses.
• Data : Working with quantitative data and product metrics.
• UX : Understanding User Experience (UX).
• CRO : Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Communication : Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders.
• Business mindset : Focus on business results.
• User flow : Development of user scenarios based on data.

Will be a plus:

• Mobile applications : Work experience with mobile applications.

B2B/B2C : Experience in the field of classified B2B and B2C.
