Remote Product Owner In the Kiss MyApps R&D team, we are looking for a business-oriented Product Owner who will work on the creation of MVP of mobile applications. If you have already worked on the development of applications and are interested in creating various products from scratch, we will be happy to meet you :) Kiss MyApps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products. Last year, the total MRR of products included in Kiss MyApps grew 5 times, now our products attract up to 1.5M new users every month, and the total audience is already more than 30M users. Our portfolio includes more than 30 applications of various categories: Astrology, Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others. Required hard and soft skills: 🔹 Work experience from 2 years in our position with the development of mobile applications. 🔹 Ability to develop a product according to the strategy and vision of the product manager, including development of a roadmap, description of tasks, risk assessment, development planning. 🔹 Deep understanding and experience of working with Agile and Scrum, including backlog management, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc. 🔹 Understanding of the principles of UX/UI design for product creation and experience of interaction with designers. 🔹Knowledge of tools and methods for effective planning and tracking the progress of projects: JIRA, YouTrack, Notion. 🔹Interaction skills with stakeholders, including product managers, c-level, development team. Will be a plus: 🔹 Experience working as an analyst with analytical tools: Amplitude, Firebase. 🔹Experience of interaction with third-party services and payment systems. Responsibilities of the position: 🔹 Product development based on information received from the product manager. Description of the backlog, transformation of business requirements into specific tasks for the technical team and development of the final product that meets the expectations of the product manager. 🔹 Planning stages of product development, testing and implementation. 🔹 Management of a team of developers, designers, analysts and other specialists involved in the pre-delivery of the MVP. 🔹Ensuring high quality development at all stages, including testing and bug fixing. 🔹 Ensuring regular feedback with the product manager and other stakeholders regarding progress, problems and changes in the project. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we participate: content creation, advertising in social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood of animal shelters, and also helps with the purchase of necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
