The role We’re looking for aProduct Owner reporting into the Product Manager. This isagreat opportunity for anambitious and driven candidate tojoin afast-growing business, delivering great products across international markets and the US. Key responsibilities— what you’ll bedoing —Manage, prioritise and continuously improve the product backlog —Support the development team and enable them todeliver inanefficient manner —You will support the team onall stages ofdevelopment, from ideation through todelivery —Create and maintain clear backlog with priorities for the team inorder todeliver onthe product strategy and vision. —Define clear requirements for initiatives, epics and user stories —Carry out user acceptance testing and working with key stakeholders toensure all requirements have been met and are inline with expectations, seeing the product features through todelivery —Carry out gap analysis onnew requirements toensure they are fit for purpose —Bethe customer advocate, understanding the customer needs —Work with stakeholders across the business toclarify request for development and support new ideas and initiatives —Picking upand driving avariety ofinitiatives and tasks that will enable product growth. —Taking the time tolearn, grow and understand that islatest onthe market, analyse competitors and bring new ideas that will improve our customer experiences Candidate specification— What we’d like tosee from you —Must have experience working inaProduct Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, orScrum Master role. —Experience indefining product and business requirements inthe context ofsoftware and technical development —Strong analytical and product management skills —Power-user ofJira and other product development related tools isaplus —Online gaming experience isaplus. —Good communication skills— advanced English— with ahigh attention todetail and ability tomultitask. —Driven bya“how can wemake the boat gofaster?” high-performance mindset. —Able tobreak down complex topics effectively and articulate data insights into actions. —Goal-oriented individuals with astrong focus oncompleting tasks and producing high quality results within afast-paced environment. —Apositive attitude with apassion for innovating, learning and sharing knowledge.
