Product owner in NovaPay

Requirements:

• From 3 years in a bank or payment institution (incl. . have experience in the management position of the specified direction from 1 year)  development and implementation of:

1. credit products for individuals (consumer lending, credit card)
2. credit products for sole traders and legal entities; 
3. passive products for individual customers (participation in the development of the product "Bonds" or other securities will be an advantage);

• From 3 developed and implemented credit products (consumer lending, credit card, etc.) in the role of a product owner or head of the department;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the market of payment services, consumer lending and lending to individual entrepreneurs;
• Understanding the main stages product development and the rules for forming business requirements for product implementation;
• Knowledge of the basics of project management and project management;
• Understanding the main products offered on the market of consumer credit, PDL, credit cards, BNPL and lending to FOPs and legal entities;
• Experience in developing the concept of credit products (consumer lending, credit cards, BNPL, PDL, lending to individuals, entrepreneurs or legal entities), calculating its profitability, ensuring approval of products in the company;

• Ability to analyze and systematize large volumes of information for the preparation of reports, presentations.

Main tasks:

• Creation and maintenance of a roadmap of tasks for credit products for individuals and businesses;
• Participation and coordination of work on the development of concepts for new credit products (consumer lending, credit cards, installments, FOP and JU lending, etc.) for offline and online channels, coordination of implementation;
• Participation in the development of concepts and business requirements for passive products (own bonds, other securities), control of the implementation and implementation of products;
• Participation in developing a sales strategy for introduced credit products and coordinating marketing activities together with marketing units; 
• Analysis of the market of credit products, formation of proposals for the development of credit products based on market trends for the promotion/increase of sales volumes;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of introduced credit and passive products;
• li>Organization and distribution of responsibilities between employees of the department with responsibility for the results of tasks performed by employees;
• Ensuring the planning of the activities of the subordinate unit.
