Product Owner in TATL Technology

TATL Technology is a company that successfully develops its own products in the field of EdTech. In connection with the development of a new product, we are looking for an experienced specialist to join our friendly team for the role of Product Owner. Responsibilities: Planning and management of all stages of the product life cycle. Active participation in strategic decision-making at the company level. Development and implementation of product strategy in accordance with the company's business goals. Adherence to ethical standards in product development and management. Analysis of the educational technology market, competitors, and user needs to determine product development directions. Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as teachers, parents, students, administrators, and others, to gather product requirements. Develop a product implementation plan and bring it to life. Formulate and refine the backlog based on user requirements and business needs. Defining priorities for the development of product functions and features. Creating detailed technical requirements and documentation for developers. Collaborating with development teams to ensure effective implementation of product ideas. Discuss and participate in decisions related to product architecture. Manage product testing and fix identified defects. Use user feedback to continuously improve the product. Use data and metrics to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a leader in product direction, ensuring its innovativeness and competitiveness. Identifying potential risks for the project and developing strategies to minimize them. Adaptation of plans and strategies in response to changes in the external environment. Development of a monetization model for products and services Requirements Minimum of 3 years in the position of Product Owner or a related role in the field of IT product management; Strong skills in planning, coordinating teams, interacting with customers and stakeholders; Work experience with Jira project management tools; Ability to argue one's position in numbers and make informed decisions; Ability to mentor, motivate and develop a team; Ability to adapt to changes in project requirements and market conditions; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Will plus: Practical experience in projects in the field of EdTech; Availability of a portfolio of launched products / projects.
