Future responsibilities of the candidate will include:

• coordination of the development of technical documentation for the modernization of the e-TTN System
• coordination of the development and implementation of the project solutions (business process logic, database project)
• performing analysis of the use of the current network and system environment and providing proposals for its improvement from the point of view of security, reliability and safety
• monitoring (conducting audit testing for system penetration/vulnerability) and formulating proposals for improving the use of sensitive data and the mechanisms of their safe and controlled distribution
• monitoring and analyzing the work of the e-TTN System and in case of identifying issues that require resolution and optimization, formation and submission of proposals
• participation in meetings with interested parties regarding the identification of requirements for the work of the e-TTN System
• participation in the preparation and processing of project documentation, including technical requirements, terms of reference and specifications < /li>
• provision of support in issues of development of regulatory and legal acts in the field of freight transportation
• coordination of electronic information interaction processes of the e-TTN System with other information, electronic communication and information and communication systems.
• maintaining project documentation in Notion/Confluence/Jira (other IT tools agreed with the project team)

Requirements:

• college or university degree in IT or engineering (or related fields)
• more than two (2) years of experience in business process analytics
• experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT products
• understanding the process of designing and building network environments of various complexity and ensuring their implementation
• the ability to structure elements of information systems and determine possible software solutions
• experience in the development of electronic services for the population and business, understanding of Mrinteroperability, data protection, cyber security, etc.
• knowledge of WAN, LAN, VPN (server + client), Fiber technologies. AS (Autonomous System), SORM, DPI.
• knowledge of TCP-IP, BGP, OSPF, IGP protocols will be an advantage
• knowledge of Windows system support (workstation + server), Unix, support for NAS, RAID, LUN and built-in systems in VMware technology will be an advantage
• familiarity with methods of working in Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, Agile environments and the use of DBMS (clustering, replication), Microservices and RESTful
• experience in communications with government bodies and/or experience in supporting projects of a similar level of complexity (clarification of requirements, conducting presentations)
