Intetics Inc, a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner who’s ready to take on an exciting challenge: building a brand-new B2B marketplace from the ground up . This is a unique opportunity to start a startup from scratch, where you’ll be in the driver’s seat, shaping the product vision, strategy, and everything in between. You’ll be working independently, making key decisions, and seeing your ideas come to life as you guide the product through every stage—from concept to launch and beyond. Responsibilities:

● Take ownership of the entire product vision and strategy for a B2B marketplace, with the unique opportunity to build the startup from the ground up.
● Develop, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with market needs and startup objectives.
● Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
● Independently gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
● Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and strategic importance.
● Lead sprint planning sessions and oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features

Requirements
● 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a strong track record of independently managing and delivering successful products.
● Proven experience in building products from scratch, ideally in a startup or similar environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working autonomously in Agile/Scrum environments.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions across all levels.
● Highly analytical and able to independently translate complex business needs into actionable product features.
● Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize effectively.
● Deep customer-centric mindset, passionate about creating products that exceed customer expectations.
● Demonstrated ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive a product’s success with minimal supervision.
● Experience with the E-commerce domainwill be a plus.
● Experience with AI-related projects will be a plus.
