We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Product Owner, who will become part of the product team.

Key challenge: to take responsibility for one of the areas of development of the Dream product.

Our team is looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a product team working with both web products and mobile applications
• Deep understanding of building interfaces and user journey (UX) and their visual expression (UI) in the application and web
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, BigQuery, Tableau
• The level of English from Intermediate (B2)
• The presence of a technical background will be an advantage: experience in development, working with databases, testing

Will be a plus:

• Experience in EdTech or educational products
• Experience as a developer
• Understanding and ability to work with data structures

What you will do:

• Manage a separate product line from concept to launch
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, industry trends, and user feedback
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: developers, design, marketing, etc., to evolve the product
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, create user stories and a well-defined task backlog
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry developments to identify opportunities and risks
• Work closely with project managers to align vision product goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and iteration based on data-driven insights
• Stage and conduct quantitative and qualitative research: interviews (empathic, jobs to be done, quantitative, work with statistics) and conduct interviews with users

Within this position, there are 4 components: < /p>

• Product:

• the ability to form a product vision and transform it into functional and non-functional product requirements
• the ability to divide the roadmap into epics and tickets for transfer to other teams (designers, developers, business analysts)

• Cooperation with the design department:

• Cooperation with the development department:
• the ability to correctly and constructively set tasks, monitor the quality of their execution
• vmability to communicate qualitatively with the development team in the implementation process (Frontend and Backend development, databases, testing)
• Interaction with external stakeholders and systems

Your work in the Dream team:

• Full-time
• The first three months - work in the office (there is a shelter), after that - a hybrid schedule < /li>
• Work on a truly important project for Ukraine
