Key Responsibilities:< /strong>

• Planning, development and implementation of strategic product plans, management and control of their implementation
• Implementation of daily operational activities of the department
• Management of a team of product managers , RG managers and lawyers
• Management and control of product development (planning, design, prioritization of tasks)
• Management of the process of obtaining new licenses and creating new products in accordance with license requirements and in accordance with strategic goals companies
• Daily monitoring of product KPIs, responsibility for product financial performance, analyzing problem areas and finding solutions to problems
• Solving problems from the point of view of people management and product performance, communicating business strategy to the team and effective allocation of team resources to achieve business goals
• Analysis of the market, competitors in order to highlight the main areas of product development
• Preparation of reports on the work of the team and on the product for regular reports to the top management of the company >
• Interaction with 3rd-party

Expectations:

• From 3 years of work experience in the position of Product manager/Product owner/Business development manager in the iGaming industry
• Passing certifications, for example - UK, MGA, Germany, Sweden, Denmark
• Advanced English language level (knowledge of German will be a plus)
