About the project : mobile app and web app for adocuments scanning, signing, and management product. Team : 1BackEnd, 1FrontEnd, QA, UI/UXDesigner. Requirements : —Min2,5 year ofexperience onPO orBA position inIT; —Min2,5 year ofexperience asaPM; —Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum orScrumban inparticular); —Experience inconducting Discovery stage (take product from anidea todevelopment); —Experience with requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews; —Experience with requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS; —Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products (both web and mobile); —English level Upper-Intermediate (written and verbal). Will beaplus : —Experience inworking with e-commerce products. Main responsibilities : —Conduct Discovery for the product from scratch; —Define product scope, backlog &prioritise them for the first and upcoming releases; —Create, prioritize and keep up-to-date the product requirements; —Work closely with development team (plannings, retro, 1-1s); —Communication with internal and external stakeholders; —Release planning &Progress tracking ofdelivery; —Product backlog management: requirements gathering, documentation, task prioritization; —Work with the development team: Sprint planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Retrospective, team support.
