Product Owner in Logika, TOV, Konstruktorske byuro

Company KB Logika creates high-tech solutions for strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities. Our products combine hardware (electronics, mechanics, embedded) and software (management, analytics, computer vision).

We are looking for a Product Owner who will be the key owner of the product and will be responsible for its development — from idea to application in real conditions.

Your tasks:

• Formation of product vision and roadmap
• Prioritization of tasks and backlog management
• Decision-making regarding the development of functionality
• Collection and analysis of requirements from users (including the military)
• Analysis of field feedback and initiation of improvements
• Participation in field tests
• Description of requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria)
• Communication with customers at the stage Discovery
• Interaction with teams: hardware, embedded, software
• Control of deadlines for tasks
• Working with risks and changes in R&D processes

Requirements:

Required:

• 3+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience
• Experience of working with technical products
• Experience prioritizing and managing requirements
• Understanding Agile / Scrum / Kanban
• Strong analytical and systems skills
• Ability to work under uncertainty

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in hardware / embedded / industrial
• Experience in defense / mil-tech projects
• Understanding manufacturing processes
• Experience working with R&D teams
• Driver's license (category B)
• English to read technical documentation
