Product owner in EZdorovya

eZdorovya is a state-owned IT enterprise responsible for the development and implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine from the eHealth electronic healthcare system.

The key task of eZdorovya is to build a stable electronic healthcare system health and create conditions for the development of a free and competitive market of IT services in medicine, ensure interaction with the central eHealth database.

In connection with the active expansion of the team and the increase in the number of projects, we are opening a vacancy product owner who wants to be a part of the team that forms the health care sector.

• Interact with stakeholders, collect and structure requirements for the development, support and development of systems and registers

• Develop a general strategy for systems and development

and registers

• Allocate roles in the team and prioritize team actions

• Set CRI for development and support teams of systems and registries

• Analyze user satisfaction

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of the methodology, principles and cycle of development, support and development IT products

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Experience of managing a technical team of 15 people

• Practical experience using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
