1. have technical/engineering education or experience, understanding of physical and technical phenomena sufficiently;
2. a deep understanding of the principles of agile/scrum;
3. Becklogating and Priority Skills;
4. Ability to form technical requirements and interact with developers and engineers;
5. Understanding the technical aspects of hardware and software development;
6. We need well developed Communication skills for communication and interaction with units (customers) to be able to build and maintain a trusting relationship;
7. To investigate the information well before making objective conclusions and accepting solution;
8. Basic use of Windows PCs and relevant documents for writing documents - Word, Exel, etc. 

it is desirable:

1. to be understood on the principles of versatile military equipment and weapons: aircraft, caterpillar and wheel equipment, air defense, air defense and td;

responsibilities:

1. participate in the implementation of military and civilian projects;
2. Identify the key goals of the product according to the needs of customers and strategic goals of the company;
