What you will do:

  • Development and implementation of payment development strategy solutions, ensuring the maximum profitability of the product line, forecasting benchmarks, as well as initiating measures aimed at promoting new and existing products to the market
  • Compiling and justifying the budget by areas, namely: volumes and number of sales at the national level , profitability indicators and total income, etc.
  • Adjustment of budget goals by updating and substantiating forecast indicators during the budget period
  • Ensuring timely implementation of all necessary measures, including the introduction of new products, changing pricing principles according to existing ones products, prevention of loss of income, initiation of marketing activities and cross-selling, reduction of operating and commission costs, etc., with the aim of ensuring the fulfillment of budget and forecast goals by areas
  • Ensuring a continuous process of creating and improving products for private customers by areas, in including by studying and adapting the experience of other countries, analyzing the domestic market, the needs of existing and potential customers
  • Analysis of market conditions and trends, changes in technology that affect competitiveness and consumer trends, for timely response, preparation and justification relevant changes to the strategy by areas
  • Preparation and justification of innovations necessary for the implementation of the strategy by areas, including in relation to products, processes, techniques and sales tools, communication of such innovation proposals to all involved divisions of the Bank
  • Interaction with other divisions of the Bank (Sales, Marketing and CRM, Corporate Business, Risks, Operations Division, Project Office, IT, Accounting, etc.) within the framework of development and implementation of strategies by areas
  • Interaction with Viennese by the RBI office in the framework of the creation and implementation of the strategy in the directions, obtaining the experience of other countries of the Group, providing information on current plans and resultsof activities by areas
  • Managing the direction of payment solutions and transaction services by ensuring the implementation of decisions of the Bank's Board, orders of the Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board for retail business issues, the Director of the Department, the Department's work plan
  • Formation of the backlog for the IT disbursement team for the development of payment solutions, the distribution of tasks and functions assigned to the employees of the Department and the IT disbursement team in the direction of payment solutions, and transaction services between its employees, ensuring high-quality and timely implementation of work plans and job duties of individual employees< /li>

Necessary knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in the financial/banking industry, preferably in product management (3+ years)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and meeting skills
  • Knowledge and practical use of product development tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  • In-depth knowledge and practical use of product sourcing tools (interview with stakeholders/users, market research, CJM, BluePrint, A/B testing)
  • In-depth knowledge and practical use of prioritization methodology
  • Ability to identify customer needs, formulate a solution concept, draw up a technical task with specific requirements for the future product
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and result-oriented thinking
  • English - Intermediate (or above)
  • Experience in acquiring will be a plus
