• Development team management experience;
• Knowledge of Design thinking techniques, Service design;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to arrange accents, structure information and communicate your ideas.
• Excellent project management skills (PMBook).
• Possess principles of organizing flexible product development processes (SCRUM, KANBAN).

Your main tasks will be:  

• Development and improvement of the company's current services;
• Organization of the study of the best global practices for the development of digital channels ;
• Implementation of convenient and understandable interfaces (UX/UI design), developed by CJM;
• Setting tasks , sketching the design, monitoring the execution of front/backend tasks;
• Testing implemented tasks;
• Formation and prioritization backlog by project;
• Using regular reporting;
• Building and analyzing key metrics;
• Communication with related units.
