Main responsibilities:
- Preparation and implementation of concepts/products for Legal entities and FOP;
- Formation of business requirements for implemented projects/processes of products and services for Legal Entities and Business Owners;
- Development and implementation of internal regulatory documents (product standards, instructions, technological maps, etc.) for clients – Legal Entities and Business Owners;
- Definition of measures for implementation changes in supported processes as a result of changes in legislation, internal processes of the Novapay company in order to optimize, simplify processes based on error analysis, frequently asked questions;
- Monitoring of product success metrics;
- Market monitoring and analysis products for Legal Entities and Business Owners, forming proposals for product development based on market trends and promoting/increasing sales volumes;
- Development of materials for creating training programs for company employees on products/services for clients of Legal Entities and Business Owners;
- Coordinating the implementation of technological refinements of products for FOP and S&O and maintaining a backlog of product tasks.
Requirements:
- Higher economic, technical education ;
- Work experience of 5 years or more in the banking system/fintech;
- Work experience of 2 years or more in the division of development and implementation of products for FOP and legal or account management division, operational division;< /li>
- Excellent PC skills, confident user of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/MS Project; jira, miro or other similar tools for managing projects, describing business processes;
- Implementation of initiatives with improvement of processes/products;
- Understanding the market and the competitive environment of business clients;
- Development of the project implementation plan and control of compliance with the deadlines for project tasks;
- Analysis and systematization significant volumes of information;
- Development of business requirements and technical tasks.
