Product Ownerwith the functions of a business analyst, for of the implementation project of the new ERP\CRM system - Odoo.

Main duties links:

1. Optimization of the company's business processes.
2. Data collection, analysis and interpretation for the purpose of understanding business needs and strategy development
3. Determining system requirements and writing TOR
< li>Planning implementation phases and prioritizing functionality.
4. Gathering information from users and stakeholders to improve the system.
5. Interacting with the development team to ensure the system meets business requirements.

6. System support after implementation, problem solving and adaptation to new market conditions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience of working as a Product Owner, project manager or business analyst.
• Experience of working on projects in retail trade (preferably large retail chains with structured and automated processes)
• li>
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
• Ability to make critical decisions under time constraints and resources.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.
• High analytical skills and the ability to think logically.
• Experience of working with Odoo and 1c UTP
• Experience of writing business requirements and TOR for the implementation team.
• Experience of describing business processes, knowledge of methodologies, tools.
