“Sweet Stack Digital” — the company was founded in 2018 in Odessa. We are a small team working on a rather complex service in the field of tourism and hotel booking, with an innovative business model.

We are also working on several smaller services and applications in the field of restaurant business management.

Our main customer is in the USA.

We work completely remotely, according to the Agile / Scrum methodology.

We practically do not have hard deadlines, we always respect the need of team members to have time to plan their work well and do it as best as possible.

We strive not to accumulate unnecessary formalities and rules, but instead to observe common sense, work ethics, friendly relations and the maximum possible creative freedom of team members everywhere.

Team composition: 22 specialists, including: Strong Middle/Senior Full Stack Devs, QA, project and product managers, as well as a strong team of Front-end Devs.

We are a dynamic outsourcing company specializing in SaaS, MVP, and long-term product development. We focus on delivering high-quality, detail-oriented web and mobile solutions.

We're looking for a project manager with a strong product management and documentation background.

Requirements :
—Proficient in English (Upper/Advanced).
—Proven experience as a Project Manager/Product Manager, with a strong background in managing web and mobile development projects, preferably within an agency environment.
—Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing projects using PHP/JS stack, particularly with Laravel and WordPress.
—Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
—Demonstrated ability in leading a cross-functional team of 3-5 members.
—Advanced skills in product visualization and wireframing (Figma, XD).
—Outstanding communication abilities and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and engaging stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
1. **Product and Project Planning:**
— Engage with clients to extract product visions and translate them into actionable project plans.
— Design and validate product prototypes and wireframes, utilizing tools like Figma and XD.
— Prepare product requirements / specifications and keeping them updated throughout project lifecycle.
— Develop detailed project roadmaps, defining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.2. **Execution and Product Development Oversight:**
— Lead cross-functional teams in the agile development of products.
— Manage the product development lifecycle, including prioritization of features and scope based on client feedback and market trends.
— Manage, prioritize, document and execute change requests.
— Oversee the technical development using PHP/JS stack with a focus on Laravel and WordPress frameworks.3. **Quality Assurance and Enhancement:**
— Conduct last minute testing and quality checks before product releases (as the second line of defence after QA).
— Integrate user feedback into future development cycles.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

— Experience with Upwork platform.
— Familiarity with additional web development frameworks and platforms.
— Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SEO best practices, and UX design principles.
