Product Operations Analyst in Impulse - Brain Training

We are looking for < Product & Operations Analyst - a talented professional who is ready to continue with us the development of a Ukrainian product that is used by tens of millions of people around the world.

3. Use up-to-date tools and approaches. We currently work with Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer, Google Firebase, etc. You will have flexibility in choosing work approaches and support from the manager in implementing ideas.
4. Develop further as a product analyst or product manager. Using the development plan and the mentoring system in the team, we we will help you develop in an interesting direction for you.

Your main tasks:

• Analysis of business indicators and the product in particular;
• Participation in the generation of ideas to improve the application and their testing (launch, analysis and reporting on product A/B tests);
• Analysis of the market and competitors, ad hoc analytics for making strategic decisions;
• Operational tasks related to product design and development (user feedback analysis, interaction with partners, etc.)
  

Our ideal candidate has:

• 6+ months of experience as an analyst, auditor, consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG) or other positions related to data analysis ;
• Analytical abilities, the ability to find cause-and-effect relationships;
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Knowledge of English Upper-Intermediate + levels;
• A solid track record from the current/previous places of work;
• Intrinsic desire to quickly learn and grow professionally.
