Currently, we are looking for a Product Monetization Manager to join the Promova team. The main objective of this role is to increase LTV and profitability of the product by conducting tests: points of sales (sale screens, pricing, messages etc), monetization methods, payment management.

Promova is a language learning platform that consists of a mobile app, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 15+ million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

  • Creating and managing a monetization strategy for a cross-platform product. Making decisions on its transformation in the process of business growth.
  • Directly influence key monetization metrics through experimentation.
  • Together with the marketing team, influence the significant growth of ROMI with increasing traffic volumes.

For this you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience working on successful projects in the field of application monetization.
  • Proven results in the development and implementation of effective monetization strategies (it will be an advantage if you show a couple of your cases).
  • Ability to create and implement innovative monetization ideas and adapt to market changes.
  • Ability to analyze the market, implement monetization best practices and A/B tests.
  • Ability to identify non-obvious profit opportunities that will help improve business performance.
  • Broad context on how marketing works with monetization.
  • Ability to take responsibility for projects and make short-term and long-term decisions independently (data-driven decision-making: analysis of KPIs related to monetization and user acquisition).
  • Experience with the full cycle of product development (from discovery to post-analysis)

Will be an advantage:

    < li> Experience in building or working with designers to flexibly create monetization flow elements without a development team (paywalls / offer pop-ups etc).
  • Experience in projects with GEO expansion.
  • Experience building and testing new monetization features.
