We are building a unique model of working with promising products: we invest in projects at the early stages, scale and help create successful companies. Our mission is to transform Ukraine: a country-outsourced country-product by building the largest product portfolio. We are building an ecosystem where 100+ products appear and are tested every year, and we are looking for those who are ready to cooperate, experiment and help develop the startup culture outside of Silicon Valley. The company was founded in 2022. In the last 2 years, it has grown from 3 to 60+ people in the team. Currently, most of our employees are safe, all jobs have been saved, and in addition, we continue to strengthen our team. Our position: Against wars of justified aggression. We evacuated the company's employees from nearby war zones, helped them find housing and provided them with financial support. We continue to work steadily for the future of Ukraine. As the company receives millions of transactions from users of its products throughout the year, we are looking for a Product & Monetization Manager. The manager's mission is to ensure the effective functioning of the payment infrastructure: from product design that maximizes conversion to diversification of risks across partner banks. What will be your main tasks: Increase the passability (conversion) of payments of the main user segments; Ensure the implementation of an effective monetization policy; Carry out strategic management of the portfolio of acquiring partners; Create and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to implement the payment strategy. What you need to join today: 3+ years of relevant corporate experience. Work experience in fintech, classic finance (banks, investment companies), Big4 or Big3 (client work) is considered relevant; Fundamental analytical midset; Professional knowledge and mastery of financial modeling tools; Developed Business Acumen; Free communication in English at the level of Upper Intermediate +; Experience in project management and coordination of teams of 5+ people. It will be a plus: Knowledge of the main product metrics and the relationships between them; Understanding the system of operation of the payment infrastructure as a whole and its individual elements.
