Product / Monetization Manager - the leader of a dedicated team that develops the product, monetization and infrastructure components of the user journey at the activation stage for millions of our users from all over the world. The role of the manager is to ensure the effective functioning of the payment infrastructure: from maximizing conversion at the design level to diversifying risks at the level of transaction routing.
Your future challenges:

What is important to us:
- 3+ years of relevant corporate experience. Work experience in fintech, classical finance (banks, investment companies), Big4 or Big3 (client work) is considered relevant;
- Fundamental analytical mindset;
- Professional knowledge and mastery of financial modeling tools;
- Developed Business Acumen;
- Fluent communication in English at Upper Intermediate+ level;
- Experience in project management and coordination of teams of 5+ people.

- Knowledge of the main product metrics and the relationships between them;
- Understanding the system the work of the payment infrastructure as a whole and its individual elements.
