MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  4. Development of souvenir products
  5. Cooperation with suppliers of souvenir products. 
  6. Providing feedback on claims and complaints about products in the Service Cloud system. Prompt communication with the Regional team regarding exceptional product inquiries. 
  7. Participation in the preparation of special promotions for customers, development of marketing activities for product promotion. Working with customers on product issues. Conducting interviews, focus groups
  8. Participation in the development / analysis of special offers, bonuses, monitoring their number, monitoring and replacement of components. Solving technical issues regarding the composition of gifts, cooperation with the Inventory control department.
  9. Study of customer needs and factors affecting sales dynamics (seasonality, change in behavior / preferences, Company contests, new products).
  10. Preparation of product information (codes, prices, names) for the Company's printed publications.
  11. Preparation and conduct of product presentations and participation in special events Companies. 
  12. Providing an annual report on complaints about allergic reactions.
  13. Development, ordering and control of the availability of stickers and inserts for products in the warehouse. Financial reporting and write-offs. Translations of product specifications, maintenance of the product database to bring it up to the standards of the technical regulations that will be effective in 2024.  
  14. Cooperation with the central office in Dallas: marketing department, GIC (Global Inventory Control) on products, promotion, analysis, intensity and dynamics of sales.  
  15. Analysis of monthly sales and preparation of the Inventory report with comments on a weekly basis. 
  16. Participation in the development of a plan of events / activities for the launch of new products on a quarterly basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in the field of marketing, economics, management

• English (above intermediate level)

• Experience in the marketing department from 2 years

• Good knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Desirable work experience in computerized product accounting systems, experience in product promotion, sales forecasting and analysis, good skills in working with Excel (compilation of tables, graphs, use of various functions for processing information).

• Analytical abilities and punctuality
