We are looking for a position Chief specialist of middle class segments Marketing Department.

If you join us, you will:

• analyze and create product offers for individuals in the middle segment class;
• to develop and formalize the concept of part of the product, tariffs and rates together with the Bank's specialized divisions;
• study and make a constant assessment of the current state and opportunities of the local and international market for individuals of the middle class segment (product offers);
• create a product development plan for individuals in the middle class segment in accordance with the Bank's policy and priorities of the marketing plan;
• make a presentation of developed/updated marketing projects at the Bank's committees for their approval and approval in terms of service
• initiate tariff changes;
• participate in cooperation with partners/agencies in order to attract customers and increase cross-selling for individuals in the middle class segment;
• monitor sales, profitability and market conditions for individuals in the middle class segment (performance analysis).

This job was created just for you, if you have:

• a higher education;
• knowledge of marketing theory and practice, its principles and tasks;
• work experience in the indicated field of activity - in the marketing of another financial institution for at least 3 years as a chief specialist;
• knowledge of the English language at least at the Pre-Intermediate level;
• experience in pricing, creating products, launching promotions and working with partners;
• communication skills: responsibility, negotiation, teamwork.
