How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• participate in the development and implementation of the product development strategy in order to achieve the set KPIs
• form a value proposition for trusted products based on user needs, using marketing and product communication channels
• analyze the competitive environment and make proposals for adjustments to Uklon products to meet competitive challenges
• analyze key performance indicators for product development and make proposals for their improvement
• participate in marketing plan planning and implement projects
• keep budgets of marketing expenses for products in the area of ​​responsibility
• initiate cross-team interactions and take a leadership role in project promotion
• analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects and prepare regular reports

Challenges for three months:
• develop and improve the value proposition within the framework of the Delivery product
• update the commercial offer for B2B partners
• develop plan of marketing activities and partnerships
• form regular reporting

To achieve results, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing/B2B Marketing positions in companies with masssuccessful projects/brands/campaigns
• experience in effective product/brand development
• deep understanding of the business environment
• experience working with analytics and metrics
• deep understanding of marketing and communication trends < br/>• passion for creating and launching creative projects
• responsibility and attention to details
• experience in successfully managing the launch of products/campaigns/marketing projects
• English Upper-Intermediate will be an advantage

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
