Have hands-on experience in launching sales funnels and have independently configured automation through email and chatbots.
We built funnels from idea to implementation: formed hypotheses, started automation and analyzed the result.
Worked with email automation, chat bots (Telegram / WhatsApp / Instagram) and CRM systems, launched trigger campaigns.
You have experience working with a user base: audience segmentation, building a customer journey and communication scenarios for different segments.
Worked with lifecycle / retention marketing and understand how to convert the base into sales.
Able to work with end-to-end and intermediate sales funnel metrics, draw conclusions based on data and optimize funnels.
Independently find growth points in the customer base, initiate new hypotheses and propose communication scenarios to increase conversion.
Would be an advantage:
Experience in A/B testing email campaigns or bot-funnels.
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks and integrations between CRM, email services and chatbots.
What will you do:
Design and launch sales funnels for email database conversion and in chatbots: develop communication logic, create automations in CRM and launch email and chatbot scenarios (Telegram / WhatsApp / Instagram).
Develop lifecycle communications with users: launch welcome series, warm-up scenarios, retention funnels and reactivation campaigns.
Work with the user base: segment the audience, build behavioral segments and analyze user activity.
Run inactive user reactivation scripts and work to increase base conversion.
Analyze the effectiveness of CRM communications: work with open rate, CTR and conversion metrics.
Conduct A/B testing of communication scenarios and optimize funnels based on data.
