This is a vacancy for those who think globally and are ready to become a world leader in their field. Functions: Determination of short-term and long-term target indicators by category. Development and implementation of a plan of measures to achieve target indicators. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures taken. Analysis of market structure, capacity and dynamics by category. Competitive analysis by category. Development and implementation of product assortment strategy. Development of technical specifications for the introduction of new products and monitoring of the main stages of the introduction of a new product into the assortment. Development of a pricing system by category. Determination of the product's key sales channels. Training and product presentations. Constant consulting on the product. Required competencies: Strategic thinking, knowledge/skills of key principles of marketing strategy formation. Setting goals for all advertising and marketing activities according to the SMART system and evaluating effectiveness according to the ROI system. Knowledge and experience of using key category management tools (4P, assortment strategy, action plans, pricing, competitive analysis, SWOT-, ABC-XYZ analysis, segmentation).Skills in the development and implementation of product promotion campaigns, including media planning, mechanics development, execution control, slice of intermediate results. Knowledge and practical use of key tools of trade marketing/sales promotion (promotions, merchandising, POS materials, etc.). Principles of promotion on the Internet and social networks. Project management skills. Skills in gathering information, conducting research, marketing analytics. Knowledge and skills of introducing a new product within its segment. Fluency in English. Presentation skills. Ability to prepare and conduct a training seminar, including in English. Proactivity, results orientation, ability to reach agreements in a win-win format.
