Role Mission
Responsibility for the growth of B2B SaaS products in the field of business communications and integrations through the construction and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies, product user flow, sales funnels and analytics.
The role is responsible for product packaging for sales, logic and scenarios for interaction with the customer all the way from lead to deal, identifying and eliminating the reasons why users do not make a purchase.
Area of responsibility
Product and growth:
- Launch of new products and key features (GTM, mini-GTM).
- Introduction of products to new markets, taking into account local factors.
- Formation of ICP, target segments and use-cases.
- Product value packaging and competitive positioning.
Customer path and sales:
- Customer flow and onboarding.
- Development of demo and follow-up scenarios.
Monetization and retention:
- Increasing current product revenue.
- Reducing churn through churn analysis.
- Improving activation and retention metrics.
Partnerships:
- Management of relationships with key partners (CRM systems).
Analytics and processes:
- Analysis of key user events in the product (event-based analytics).
- Building growth processes from the formation of hypotheses to the analysis of successful results solutions.
- Responsibility for growth results (activation, retention, revenue).
Marketing and engagement:
- Formation and description of scenarios promotion (partnerships, content, paid traffic, direct sales and other channels).
- Management of traffic attraction channels.
- Management of advertising campaigns.
- Performance marketing.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B SaaS from 3 years
- Practical experience launching new products or major features.
- Understanding the subscription model and key SaaS metrics.
- Experience with user flow, onboarding and sales funnels.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on approach: willingness to launch and test independently hypotheses.
- Experience or deep understanding of Ukrainian and European markets.
