Analyze and create product offers for individuals of the middle class segment. Develop and formalize the concept of the product part, tariffs and rates together with specialized units of the Bank. Study and make a constant assessment of the current state and opportunities of the local and international market for individuals of the middle class segment (product offers). Create a plan for the development of products for individuals of the middle class segment in accordance with the Bank's policy and the priorities of the marketing plan. Make a presentation developed/updated marketing projects at the Bank's committees for their approval and approval in terms of service. and the state of the market for individuals in the middle class segment (performance analysis). This job was created just for you if you have: a complete higher education; knowledge of marketing theory and practice, its principles and tasks; work experience in the indicated field of activity - in the marketing of another financial institutions for at least 3 years as a chief specialist; knowledge of the English language at least at the Pre-Intermediate level; experience in pricing, product creation, launching promotions and working with partners; communication skills: responsibility, negotiation, teamwork.
