We are currently looking for the first Product Marketing Manager for one of our successful businesses - Liven .

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into users' everyday lives, giving them the ability to optimize their emotional state.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, allowing them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling, expanding the team from 3 to 35 people. With a strong unit economy and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

In the role of Product Manager, you are expected to:
Generation of own hypotheses for A/B tests by analyzing direct and indirect competitors, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, networking with specialists from similar fields
Work on the user segmentation system
Building a new direction in the product and processes in it;
Use of analytics collection systems (BigQuery, Tableau) to form marketing and product hypotheses;
Management of designers, developers, analysts for the systematic development of our Growth direction.

What is important for us:
From 1 year of commercial experience in similar positions (Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Analyst, Product Owner)
Experience setting tasks and communicating with the development team, understanding development processes
Excellent analytical skills, ability to quickly calculate and think logically
Experience with data analytics services (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or others);
Ability to take responsibility and perform tasks "from 0 to 1";
High level of motivation and desire to develop.
Level of English: from Upper Intermediate (B2);
