Responsibilities: —Analysis ofmarketing strategies, current and promising development areas; —Analysis and building aprofile ofthe target audience (TA): collecting information from open sources, conducting research, focus groups, etc.; —Planning and participation inlaunches ofnew products and releases; —Building aproduct development map together with the development team; —Presentation ofthe product within the company and for external audiences (negotiations with clients, industry exhibitions, conferences, meetups); —Product Pricing Recommendations Based onAnalysis; —Monitoring, research, and analysis ofproduct reviews from customers; —Development and implementation ofaproduct promotion strategy together with the development, Marketing, PR, Sales, Partnership Teams; —Analysis ofmetrics and growth areas invarious channels (product pages, social media, events); —Development, implementation, and improvement ofplans toattract traffic and its conversion; —Formation, control, and optimization ofmarketing budget expenses; —Management ofthe full cycle ofproduction and placement ofcontent for promotion; —Coordination ofactions and implementation ofprojects with top management and stakeholders; —Forming atask pool for various teams inJira based ondeveloped plans; —Coordination and collaboration with User Acquisition, PR, SMM, SEO, Link Building, Event; —Support ofthe Sales department: presentation ofnew products, development oftools and events that increase sales efficiency; —Providing regular reporting onpromotion effectiveness tostakeholders and team; —Generating weekly operational marketing reports; —Organization and support ofaunified document flow system for working onprojects; —Creating atable ofimprovements within OKR; —Uploading and updating project plans, cases, and presentations inConfluence.
