Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Product Manager to manage the marketing activities of a video-centric web product dedicated to the 2024 Olympics in Paris. This product is part of the news platform of the Ukrainian TV channel.

The goals of the Marketing Product Manager are to increase traffic and increase user engagement with the help of direct marketing tools. In addition, the specialist faces such tasks as segmentation of the subscriber base, formalization of hypotheses regarding solutions to increase subscriber engagement, and conducting appropriate experimental campaigns.

This role involves working closely with the sports TV channel platform editorial, product development teams and analysts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and execution
  • Implementation of marketing strategy to increase traffic to the Olympics 2024 web project and increasing user engagement through targeted push campaigns.
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting measurable goals for traffic growth and user engagement.
  • Analysis of market trends and competitor activity to improve marketing strategies.

2. User Engagement and Push Campaigns

  • Develop and implement user segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Close collaboration with data analysts to gather insights and refine segmentation criteria.
  • Manage the development of campaign delivery mechanisms and ensure best practices are documented.
  • Development and execution of targeted push campaigns.
  • Content creation for various marketing channels, including social media and push campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimization based on data.

3. Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Track key metrics such as user acquisition and retention.
  • Reporting on campaign performance.

Required skills:

  • Higher education in the field of marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing , preferably in the tech or streaming industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM software and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skills in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the video streaming or entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, direct marketing, mobile and TV applications.
  • Experience in putting the customer at the center of all marketing efforts.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive marketing decisions and measure success.
