What to do:

• Development of the First.ua Partners brand
• Development of a marketing strategy for promoting the partner program.< /li>
• Media planning, budget and cost control.
• Manage First.ua Partners communication with partners
• Choose promotion tools, communication channels. - to scale the mechanics of attracting partners
• Organization and participation in industry events and conferences
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and scale successful cases
• Regular monitoring of competitors' products in order to identify their competitive advantages and formation of their own.
• Development of activations for webmasters
• Analysis and improvement of partner program site functions
• Work together with departments: Design, SMM, PR, Buying, Tech
• Work with external contractors (stands, merch, gifts, etc.)
• Monitor changes in the industry and trends in global marketing standards, as well as implement relevant improvements in company processes< /li>

What about you:

• Successful work experience in Digital marketing preferably in the iGaming field in Ukraine. market
• Successful experience in project management and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Creativity and innovative thinking to find new ways to market the product, communication techniques and strategies
• Strategic thinking, knowledge/skills of key principles of marketing strategy formation.
• Knowledge and experience of using key tools (4P, competitive analysis, SWOT).
• Skills in developing and implementing product promotion campaigns, including media planning, mechanical development, execution control, cut-through.
• Skills in gathering information, conducting research, marketing analytics.
• Knowledge and skills of new product introduction within its segment.< /li>
• Proactivity, results orientation, ability to reach agreements in a win-win format.
