Join us and take advantage of the opportunity to make independent decisions about the formation of our global marketing strategies.𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥:- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to gain insights and understand the target audience's pains and gains for improving the marketing strategy- Analyze the results of the applied strategy and utilize data to improve outcomes and generate new data-based ideas- Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies and user funnels by measuring and analyzing test results- Improve the user funnel by developing landing pages that effectively communicate the product's value proposition and drive conversions (including crafting messaging and visual ideas)- Develop and implement a creative marketing strategy to enhance the performance of paid traffic campaigns- Lead the creative production process from idea to final delivery- Analyze ad test results and derive insights from them to inform future advertising strategies- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and find new ways to improve the user engagement process𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮:- Solid experience in web funnel analysis and optimization- Copywriting skills to craft compelling product messaging- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.)- Experience with Tableau or other visual analytics platforms- B2 level of English proficiency, both verbal and written- Excellent communication skills and adeptness in cross-functional collaboration- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset- Well-organized and results-oriented to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Proactive with the ability to learn quickly and think critically𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬:- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook- Writing briefs for creating advertising creatives (static, video)𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
