Product Marketing Manager in Fast Corporate

Fast Corporation, an Israeli IT company specializing in desktop application development with an office in Kyiv, is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help ensure the success of our products in the market by making them more appealing to potential customers and maximizing sales.Responsibilities:• Development and implementation of product marketing strategy for company desktop applications.• Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.• Creation of target personas and researching to understand user needs and preferences.• Management of new product launches, including the development of marketing campaigns, and participation in planning and coordinating releases.• Development and implementation of product promotion strategies through various channels, including online advertising, social media, content marketing, and others.• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product success metrics, forming recommendations for improving results.• Optimization of the funnel and increasing conversion through experience in funnel optimization and conversion processes.Requirements:• Experience in product or product marketing for at least 3 years with proven results.• Education in user psychology or marketing will be an advantage.• Sales-oriented - ability to sell effectively.• Experience in funnel optimization and increasing conversion.• Experience working or living in the USA and understanding the peculiarities of the American mentality will be an advantage.Work conditions:• Work in a comfortable office located in Kyiv.• Enjoy regular working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.• Receive a competitive salary package commensurate with your skills and experience.• Enjoy 100% paid vacation and sick leave to support your work-life balance.• Find opportunities for career growth and advancement within our dynamic organization.
