Product Marketing Manager in Impulse - Brain Training

You will be the first PMM who will build web funnels in Impulse and scale this direction together with the team. - Work in a team of driven and expert like-minded people. Your main tasks:- Building and optimizing web funnels for attracting users and constantly improving CR;- Run hypothesis testing and A/B testing to drive growth;- Work closely with design/marketing/development team to achieve company business goals;- Market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, user needs and product differentiation opportunities;- In the future - team management and building team processes. For a candidate for the position, it is important:- 1-3 years of experience in product or growth marketing;- Basic experience in the analysis and optimization of web funnels;- Experience in working with tools Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer;- Understanding of trends of the mobile and/or web industry and the basic principles of user onboarding; - Have a data-driven approach to work; - Be able and willing to work in a team; - Desire for self-development, proactivity, critical thinking; - Upper-Intermediate English level. Will be a plus :- General understanding of key user acquisition channels: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and others;- Experience in funnel optimization and monetization.
