Product marketing manager in Fozzy group

This role involves working with key stakeholders and customers, formulating product requirements, creating an implementation plan and managing a team. Your tasks: Creating a vision and developing product functionality; Forming and clarifying product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders; Creating and approving an implementation plan ( roadmap); Determination of priorities through communication with stakeholders and customers; Synchronization of decisions in the product with other company products; Management of backlog and sprints; Management of the product life cycle and presentation of intermediate results; Team management; Monitoring of product metrics and evaluation of the effectiveness of changes; Transfer of the product to productive operation; Data analysis and research of customer needs; Product life support and continuous improvement (for the Holding). Our expectations: 2+ years of experience working in a project, product team; 1+ year of Product Owner school; Project management experience in marketing; Knowledge Agile and Scrum; Knowledge of frameworks and funnels, SQL; Skills in creating product vision and value; IT technical competence: understanding the interaction between IT systems that work in the organization.
