You will have the following tasks:

• Generation of ideas and hypotheses, their turnkey implementation: through the corresponding tasks for a copywriter, designer, developer, etc.
• Building and optimizing web funnels for user acquisition with the goal of improving the effectiveness of user acquisition
• Using internal tools to conduct A/B tests
• Close cooperation with the design/marketing/development team to achieve the company's business goals
• Monitoring and analysis of competitors and the market with the aim of finding trends and new solutions

It is important for us:

• 1.5+ years of experience in product or growth marketing
• Experience with Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, GA (or similar) tools
• Understanding of trends mobile and/or web industry and the main mechanisms of user engagement
• Data-driven approach in decision-making
• Thorough understanding of marketing performance metrics (ROI, ePC, CPA, CAC, CR, etc.)
• Ability to clearly and clearly set tasks (TOR for designers, developers, analysts, etc.)
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above
• Ability to learn quickly - the desire to constantly grow and develop
• Attention, persistence and focus
