What to do:

• Development of the First.ua Partners brand
• Development of a marketing strategy for promoting the partner program.
• Media planning, budget and cost control.
• Manage First.ua Partners communication with partners
• Choose promotion tools, communication channels. — to scale the mechanics of attracting partners
• Organization and participation in industry events and conferences
• To analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and to scale successful cases
• Regular monitoring of competitors' products with the aim of identifying their competitive advantages and the formation of their own.
• Development of activations for webmasters
• Analysis and improvement of affiliate program site functions
• Working together with departments: Design, SMM, PR, Buying, Tech
• Work with external contractors (stands, merch, gifts, etc.)
• Monitor changes in the industry and trends in global marketing standards, as well as implement relevant improvements in company processes

What about you:

• Successful work experience in Digital marketing preferably in the iGaming field in Ukraine. market
• Successful experience in project management and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Creativity and innovative thinking to find new ways of marketing the product, communication techniques and strategies
• Strategic thinking, knowledge/skills of key principles of marketing strategy formation.
• Knowledge and experience of using key tools (4P, competitive analysis, SWOT).
• Skills in the development and implementation of product promotion campaigns, including media planning, development of mechanics, execution control, slice of intermediate results.
• Skills in collecting information, conducting research, marketing analytics.
• Knowledge and skills of launching a new product within its segment.
• Proactivity, focus on results, ability to reach agreements in a win-win format.
